I’m closing the yoga studio for a few weeks over the holidays.  Please note the following:

• Sat. Dec 17th will be the very last class of 2022.

• There will be no classes from Dec. 18th-31st.

• The regular class schedule will commence on Tues. Jan 3rd, 2023.

I’m offering my Annual Free New Year's Day Online Class on  Sun. Jan 1st, 2023; 2-3 pm.  This class will help you start 2023 with a clear intention for self-care. The zoom link for the class will be sent on the morning of Jan 1st. 

If you are not on my email list for zoom classes, please send an email to countyyogaloft@gmail.com and I’ll add you to the Jan. 1st email list.

I’m hoping that you can find peace, solace and comfort this holiday season and will be seeing your loved ones.  Take good care of yourself; get outside every day, find moments of stillness- tune into your breath, stay hydrated, rest, and connect to your yoga practice when you can.  

I’m looking forward to seeing you on the mat for the next week, on Jan 1st and back for the regular schedule on Tues. Jan 3rd, 2023.
