Introduction to Meditation &
Mindfulness Workshops
Are you stressed, anxious, or just looking to become more peaceful, centered and happy? Then this workshop is for you! The benefits of Meditation are endless, and many recent studies have shown that brain function and structure change in consistent meditators. Gray matter increases, and symptoms of depression, anxiety and dementia decrease substantially.
This 4-hour Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop will be very practical and provide you with the basics of Meditation: the hows and whys. We will practice several different types of Meditation and discuss how to find time for a consistent Meditation practice in your busy schedule & ways to become more Mindful throughout your day. A very detailed handout will be provided that will summarize everything covered in the workshop and provide resources on the studies about meditation, websites, and books.

This workshop will not be taking place on the studio floor. We will be sitting on comfy chairs in my living room.
