Welcome to my first “Wellness Wednesday” blog. This weekly blog will, of course, talk about yoga and meditation and I’ll be sharing my wellness journey by providing health tips, recipes and book reviews. My hope is to inspire you to make your health and self-care your #1 priority!
I’m very excited to be officially launching my website and County Yoga Studio in beautiful Prince Edward County. At the moment, all group and private classes are only available online via Zoom. Please stay tuned for updates.
